Mixed vegetables- most of which I could not identify

Great day back to training... My legs are aching real real nice like

4 apples

1 banana

Baby carrots

Workout 2:

13 miles straight on road

Cramps galore... The ride put me in the hurt locker

Breakfast:

2 bananas and bottle of water

Workout:

2 hour bike ride - 39.2 miles with stop lights

Lunch:

2 pieces of grilled talapia with zucchini and strawberries

Water
