Bike Ride

the weather in Florida has been hot to say the least. Yesterday i knocked out a 1h20m ride and the temp was probably hovering around 90, that was at 10 oclock. Today the ride was planned for 1h15m and i could only make 55m of it, i felt like i was about ot pass out from the heat. The temp is 93, weather.com says it feels like 102... they know what theyre talking about. Now at the gym about to do some more cardio. weighed in today at 165.7 (naked) before the ride... 163.0 (clothed) after.
