I skipped breakfast and lunch was a chicken caesar salad, broccoli cheddar soup, 2 pieces of bread and water from panera.

I had chips and salsa at chilis too

Had a brownie and milk

Workout 2-

30 full incline sit ups

20 leg lift, hip lift with 10 lb

30 straight leg lifts with 10 lb

50 180 degree twists on ab bench with 10 lb

10 controlled fall specials

10 full specials

10 side crunches each side 25lb

20 reverse crunches
