Breakfast today was 4 scrambled eggs, a bowl of mixed fruit, water and a shake- peanut butter, chocolate milk

5 min treadmill warmup

Short active stretch

3 x 10 full effort high jumps, 15 second between each rep

3 x 10 box jumps from yard back, to hip crease height, max effort

12 max effort high box jumps from squat- to just under chest height

3 x 10 max effort broad jumps, minimum pause

3 x 5 max effort jumps with 40lb, immediately drop weight, 5 high jumps no pause

Cajun chicken caesar wrap, fruit, water
