Gym workout:
3 x 10 1 leg squats each side 45lb bar
3 x 10 1 leg step ups each side 45 bar
3 x 10 1 bench crosses each side 20 lb in each hand
3 x 10 1 leg box leg switch jumps- knee to chest, each side
3 x 10 1 leg lateral box jumps- side, top, side=1 - each side
10 up down and outs- one leg jump to box then immediately down to the floor, then immediately over the smaller box on same leg (see pic)
4 20 second 1 leg squat holds each side- knee behind ankle
3 x 10 1 leg bench deep squats each leg
10 x 5 second squats, explode up every rep- each side
2 x 40 ft baby steps 20lb in each hand
Tabata interval on treadmill- got thru 6 and the treadmill stopped so I reset it and did 4 more
