Sunday morning i got up and did a mock race marathon with the team, i used it as training and just made constant attacks, i have to admit i was blown up from the squats saturday in the gym, but i just kept trying to destroy my legs. By the end of it i could barely even make a break away. I ended up gettin snuck on the sprint by son, caught me sleepin. After the marathon my legs were so tight i could barely get on my bike.
For lunch i had some loaded french fries and a philly cheese steak - this is the secret (philly cheese steak) hahaha and i drank water. Normally i would have just eatin what they brought me out, but after my recent trip to PA, i now know what a real philly is supposed to taste like so i sent her back with it and told her to LOAD it up with cheese... when it came back it was good, but it was no philly cheese steak. I do have to mention when i ordered the 'philly cheese steak' she asked me if i wanted chicken of beef-- i said is that a serious question, who the hell orders a philly cheese chicken lol
For dinner i had a couple cookies and some lemonade- i gotta work on getting my diet back on track.
