Starting in october, i will begin tracking workouts in specific detail here on this blog. I have plans to go back to the roots and take a trip to florida so i can train with Renee for a few months, focusing on indoor and my technique, which i feel are factors of the utmost importance concerning future success.
Some are hesitant to publish this kind of info to the public, especially as they are doing it because they don't want competitors to know what their secrets are; I'm not concerned with keeping this information confidential. My only secret is intensity; i believe in my will to work, sweat, and endure to be greater than any one of my competitors' and i feel as if writing my journal online will even further motivate me. Interpret this how you will, arrogance or otherwise, but this is a real look inside MY head, not some political piece of lip service.
You can expect to see my exact workouts, my exact thoughts, the product im on, my feelings, my diet, and any other things that happen during my day-to-day training.
Blog updates will be sent via web as well as phone, so there will be numerous updates throughout the day as i complete each workout and eat each meal.
